The Dash Mod is a Movement Mod that enables the user to perform short horizontal speed bursts in the direction they're currently facing. It is commonly said that "if you don't Dash Mod, you're Astroneer-ing wrong."
Overview
Note: The Dash Mod cannot be used while climbing or underwater. Please stop asking. It can however be used once—and ONLY once—to break a fall if timed correctly. That, however, is a big "if."
The Dash Mod consumes Power while active, and according to 32 years of collated user data, 78% find that... Oh, what's the use? It's not like anyone pays attention to the third entries with my most important insights anyway. It's almost as if no one cares what I have to say.
