| Crystal Analyzer An analyzation unit used to assess crystal resonance. To start: Activate the Crystal Analyzer and search the nearby area for Xenocrystals. Carry these crystals back to the Crystal Analyzer before the machine's operating time runs out. | |
| Elevation Console A device made by the Science Team to collect data on the planet's elevation. To use: Retrieve the EXO Altimeter from the Elevation Console and carry it to a higher elevation. When the device is high enough, it will transmit the data it has collected. Once data has been collected, place the EXO Altimeter back in the Elevation Console. | |
| EXO Drill Rover An extraction device developed by the Starseeker Science Team in order to improve resource collection efficiency and make it more fun. | |
| EXO Vault A safe containing EXO property located in buried wreckage. To reach the EXO Vault, excavate the wreckage and then find all the terminals within the time limit and use them to unlock the Inner Door Controls leading to the EXO Vault. | |
| Tranquilizer Console A console designed to aid Astroneers in the study of local xenofauna. Activate the console and then corral creatures into the designated area. Sedate creatures in this zone so that they can be studied. | |
| Transportation Console A console that contains an Unidentified Object Detector. This highly specific and not at all suspicious sensor must be carried to the designated underground area on your map. Once there, you must activate the device so that it may run its routine. Scan the objects it reveals and then return the Unidentified Object Detector to the console you took it from. |
