Identify environmental dangers before they become expedition-ending problems.

Browse Hazards

Goop Tuber
Goop Tubers are hazardous flora characterized by their volatile, Goop-filled fruits. When disturbed, these Goop-filled fruits expand and explode, Gooping the nearby area and causing both the Knockback effect and the Gooped condition to those foolish enough to approach.
Hazecap
Hazecaps are hazardous fungi that emit dangerous spores that cause the Dazed condition, temporarily altering one's perception of the world. Thankfully, they're primarily found in humid, dark cave environments so there's very little chance of you running into one willy-nilly. Unless you happen to be in a cave, in which case, that's on you.
Kabloom
Kablooms are hazardous flora that explode when disturbed. To add insult to injury, Kablooms seem to flourish near resource deposits, making them veritable land mines waiting for some unfortunate patsy on a mission to bother them.
Malfunctioning Demolition Device
A form of malfunctioning EXO equipment that launches projectiles at targets that explode upon contact. The MDD has tremendous firing range and is used primarily for large scale demolition where both safety and precision were required.
Null Field
A form of malfunctioning EXO equipment that negates energy charge and buildup in the area around it. Additionally, they're prone to exploding due to what appears to be impact damage.
Pit Petal
Pit Petals are hazardous flora that create water pits when disturbed. This unique defense mechanism involves instantly expelling water stores via their root system to destabilize nearby ground, thus trapping anything that threatens the plant within water-filled pits.
Snagvine
Snagvines are hazardous flora that grab nearby creatures and cause the Snared condition. At best, they hinder movement. At worst, they exhaust their prey and utilize the remains as fertilizer. I can't imagine Pudding would be terribly nutritious for plants, but perhaps they're not picky eaters.
Sparking Debris
A form of malfunctioning EXO equipment that periodically emits jolts of electricity and magnetic properties within an Area of Effect. Just...I don't know, avoid it before you hurt yourself.
