Overview
Silicon is considered very useful. Not that I am envious or anything. It exhibits properties of both metals and non-metals making it an overachiever and unfair comparison for those of us trying to get by on our singular qualities.
Silicon has traditionally been used in a variety of electronics, medical devices, and baking molds. Do Astroneers bake? You know...I've never thought to ask one before. Random thought of the day, I suppose.
