A form of malfunctioning EXO equipment that negates energy charge and buildup in the area around it. Additionally, they're prone to exploding due to what appears to be impact damage.

Overview
Null Fields are usually benign tools used by maintenance teams to lock down electrical areas under repair without needing to shut down the entire power grid. It's a rather clever little piece of technology...when it's working properly.
Fun fact you'll no doubt ignore: Some animals are quite fond of Null Fields. Why? No one knows. Probably something to do with the frequency it generates, which we'd know for certain if anyone cared to study it—which they don't. But that's not my problem.
