A console that contains an Unidentified Object Detector. This highly specific and not at all suspicious sensor must be carried to the designated underground area on your map. Once there, you must activate the device so that it may run its routine. Scan the objects it reveals and then return the Unidentified Object Detector to the console you took it from.

Overview

I find it disconcerting how little information I've been able to retrieve for you from the station logs regarding these Unidentified Objects. Additionally, files I had access to yesterday have either disappeared or are no longer within my clearance purview.

So, not to alarm you, but if you've been exposed to any Unidentified Objects down on the planet, I would highly recommend taking a leave of absence and seeking immediate medical assistance. I would share more, but...these files are extremely classified.
